CBS used this logo for its release of the Canadian Crepitation Contest in 1946. Although commercial distribution was cancelled, quite a number of 12" albums, complete with Alec Steinweiss covers were supplied to industry insiders.
This label was used by Columbia (CBS) for release of the International
Crepitation Contest. The signature he uses on the cover is "Joe Blow."
